Come join us!

We are a group of people committed to the practice of Centering Prayer and other contemplative practices. We are from various religious and spiritual backgrounds, or no religious or spiritual background. The Centering Prayer practice as presented by Thomas Keating, William Menninger, and Basil Pennington, has its origins in early Christianity as practiced by the Desert Fathers and Mothers of the fourth century.

We are committed to sharing our experience and teaching the practice of Centering Prayer to anyone who may be interested in a more contemplative life through this deep form of quiet, which is much like meditation. We are involved with other practices that may lead to personal transformation and spiritual growth. These include:

The Welcoming
Prayer

The Forgiveness
Prayer

Lectio Divina
